- Appropriate measures are implemented to stop and deter the practice of ragging within an educational institution.
- Allocating duties to faculty members within the premises, including areas such as hostels, canteen, parking areas, and various blocks, playgrounds.
- Describing the severity of punishments and consequences likely to be imposed on students as per government orders.
- Emphasize the importance of individualized assessment and response to instances of ragging within an educational institution.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- The Anti-Ragging Squad is tasked with conducting surprise inspections or visits to various areas within the campus, including hostels, canteens, and other locations where incidents of ragging may occur or have the potential to occur.
- The Anti-Ragging Squad is expected to respond promptly to any reports or referrals of ragging incidents. This includes incidents reported by the Head of the institution, faculty members, students, parents or guardians, or any employee of the service provider (such as hostel staff or security personnel).
- The Anti-Ragging Squad is responsible for conducting a thorough investigation into the reported incident of ragging with principles of fairness and transparency. This includes gathering relevant information, interviewing witnesses, examining evidence, and assessing the circumstances surrounding the incident.
